The Reality of Virtual Reality @TigerLabs Princeton

Come join us at TigerLabs co-working space and accelerator in Princeton for a night of VR past, present and future. On hand we'll have Reuben Steiger of Pattern5 and Russell Falcon from Arcane Reality. This is co-meetup event with the Tigerlabs Tech Meetup.

Reuben is a Tigerlabs alum and CEO of Pattern5. His entrepreneurial focus is on connecting the real and virtual worlds to improve the way we teach, work and live. His work in VR has included creating a web-based model of the known physical universe (2000), interactive design of the world's largest casino, contributing to the early design of Second Life (2004 - 2005), and founding virtual world design studio Millions of Us (2006 - 2010). In 2008 he co-founded Virtual Greats, which was acquired in 2013 by Iconic Future. Over the past 20 years, Reuben designed digital products for global brands including Nike, SONY Playstation, and Stanford University. From 2011 - 2015 I led the advanced research division of Interpublic Group, served as Principal for global product design firm Method and built an education company teaching creative entrepreneurship to children.

Russell is President of Arcane Reality (http://www.arcanereality.com/), a Somerset NJ-based startup that focuses on virtual reality development, software and hardware design for VR experiences, and 360 video production. They are building the first ever VR arena on the East Coast and they currently in the process of building two massive mutliplayer online VR games.
