What we're about

These meetups are for those that know that mindfulness learned at a young age helps our children and ourselves feel more in control and make the decisions needed to maintain a happier, calmer, more in control life.

Studies have shown that meditation by children helps them in many ways including helping them minimize stress, ADHD, depression and improves focus and drive.

These classes will help the participants learn these skills as well as teach how to implement them at home.
