Let's connect in nature and take some time together to enjoy the beauty of the wetlands on a full moon evening.

Sunset and moonrise are especially beautiful along the marshes and bayous and there will be frogs calling, fireflies and so many other creatures to notice and appreciate!

We'll meet at the Bayou Coquille trailhead and walk quietly either to the Marsh Overlook trail or the Palmetto trail. Either way we'll have a beautiful view of sunset and moonrise, weather cooperating. Bring water and insect repellent and a snack for afterwards if you like.

This is a meditative walk, not a hike. We'll begin with a short grounding exercise to engage our senses and help us be connected to the present moment.

The swamp as dusk gives way to night is magical, especially when we're quiet so we can just soak in the experience. Something amazing always happens! It truly is like a spa for your soul.

We'll walk back by starlight and moonlight and drink in the wild wonder of the wetlands at night.
