Join us every Sunday at 5:30 at NOLA Yoga Loft. Come as you are: lots of meditation experience or none, in sweatpants or a suit (or, ideally, both). All are welcome.

We're here to learn about and practice basic meditation techniques, to explore ways to apply mindfulness to our lives, and to discuss our experience of the world with one another.

We start with about half an hour of silent meditation, then we practice mindful sharing and listening through social meditation. We'll also stay for an optional hangout after the meeting for snacks, drinks, and friendship.

This is a donation-based group, and we operate on a sliding scale. We ask for a suggested $5 - $15 donation to help us cover the costs of using the beautiful space each week. No one will be turned away for lack of funds!
