Our Arduino 101 course is for beginners, both adults and kids (age 12 and up). The Arduino is an essential place for making with electronics, robotics, and engineering at Nova labs. This class is ground zero!

Introduces the uses of this inexpensive micro-controller. Work with the Arduino IDE, pins, and sketches in a combination lecture and hands-on experience with a beginner electronics project.

To Bring: Your maker spirit and willingness to learn. The Arduino, computer, breadboard, and electronics components are included.

This class is a good fit if you have had at least one programming class and are already familiar with installing applications and using your computer hardware. This is not appropriate for kids who have no exposure to basic electronics pr programming concept. Try Basic Electronics 101 first please.

And unlike other classes from other places, Nova Labs mentors are here for follow-on questions! Yes, we've totally got your back when you take risks and try new projects. Just come on in to our monthly FREE Arduino, and Bi-Monthly Robotics Meetup.

After class, stick around and ask an expert questions about your own current projects.
