LC_P: Engrave your House Wood Project on the Laser Cutter

Learn how to engrave any project on wood with this project with techniques you'll learn in this class. Turn any wood project into a personalized gift. Practice by engraving a clear picture of your home on wood.

Attendees will start in a computer classroom setting, exploring techniques, tips, and tricks on how to get your picture ready for a clear engraving. They will then get instructor-led hands-on practice with the laser cutter on provided wood.

Recommend you bring your own computer, but the classroom will provide computers as well if needed. Students should bring a photo of the home they wish to engrave and are welcome to discuss it with the instructor prior to the class.

Minors under 16: Parents must also sign up and actively participate and supervise.

Prerequisite: none. However, Laser 101 is recommended for the best experience.
