What if it were easy to show up for online meetings and be at your best? What if you felt relaxed and totally prepared for working digitally? What if you could spend an hour with Muddy to learn his favorite tips, tricks and best practices to help you unlock awesome?

In this interactive session on Digital Studio Best Practices, we’ll be exploring the best tips, tricks, and troubleshooting approaches to help you show up online with ease and professionalism.

We’re all living and working in new ways and spending much more time online. It can be daunting to adapt to digital approaches, learn new technologies, and figure out what tools you need or don’t need. Not to mention getting used to being on video and finding new ways to connect with others remotely.

This session will help you breathe easier and feel more confident when you turn on your camera so you can be present and open and connected during online meetings. Likewise, you will discover new ways to make working digitally more fun and efficient.

And don’t worry, we’re not going for perfect… we’re going for AWESOME!

Boom!

Muddy’s Tips for How Best to Prepare for the Session:

*Find a space to spread out, preferably a table or desk. It’s tough to be relaxed if you’re feeling cramped. So clear yourself a little space where you have some elbow room to take notes and sketch out some ideas.

*Gather what you’ll need. During the session, you’ll want something to write with and something to write on.

*Test your system ahead of time. We’ll be using Zoom Online Meetings, something tells me we’re probably all pretty familiar with Zoom at this point.

*Optimize your setup. Close other applications and try to limit competing internet usage like streaming.

*Headphones can be useful, not only to you hear all the good nuggets, but also to help you feel more immersed and engaged because they block out the ambient noises.

*Connect to the meeting early to test your tech and get set up. And the whole point of connecting to the meeting early is so you can then take a deep breath and relax.

*Finally, trust that everything is going to be alright. Don’t get me wrong, something will probably break at some point during the meeting. But, that’s okay. It comes with the territory. We’ll do the best with what we got in the time we have. And it’ll be awesome! #ScrewPerfect

The session will be recorded, so you’ll be able to review it again after the meeting.
