Reading the Room - How to Channel the Dynamics of Groups

Details
What’s your self-talk during some meetings?
“This should have been an email.”
“That guy never shuts up.”
“There’s no way she’s going to do that.”
“We had the answer ten minutes ago.”
“What did we just agree to?”
Have you ever wondered if something could explain it all, and more importantly, if there was something you could do about it?
Group dynamics is the study of how people interact with each other. The same way astronomy explains how the stars move around each other, group dynamics explains how people move and react to each other.
In this 60-minute virtual workshop, you’ll learn models for reading group dynamics and practice applying them. You’ll learn how to see the hidden systems at work underneath the words people choose. You’ll learn how to help others advocate in a way they’ll be heard. And you’ll learn how to shift groups from debate to dialogue.
After the workshop, we'll hold 30 minutes of office hours for us to discuss your particular questions around group dynamics.
