Visual Coaching with Nevada Lane: Using Visual Thinking to Grow Your Leadership

Details
More and more coaches are integrating visual thinking into their work with clients to help create insights and change. If you’re curious about where the worlds of visual thinking and coaching intersect, this session is for you! In this 90-minute workshop Nevada will walk you through visual coaching exercises from her LinkedIn Learning course, Visualizing Your Leadership Journey, to help you more deeply understand your leadership principles and point of view.

After completing the coaching exercises, we’ll talk about additional ways visual thinking can be used in one-on-one coaching work with clients.
How to Prepare
To participate in the workshop, you’ll need to download the leadership principles template before we begin and have a sketchbook or a few sheets of blank paper on hand as well as a few markers. My favorite markers for this activity are a fine point Sharpie and a few brush markers of any type.
