North Point Coaching Academy community meetup

We’d like to invite you to join us for the next North Point Coaching Academy (NPCA) community meetup. Present at this informal evening will be leaders and practitioners from the fields of Human Development and Coaching both from inside and outside of the NPCA community.

During the evening there will be space for networking and some time will be given over to a group conversation around our theme for the evening, “Performance Management and Coaching” facilitated by Leanne Carr, Talent Acquisition Manager for Aujan Coca Cola.

With the growing recognition that annual performance reviews are not helping in the ways that are now needed, how can coaching help with employee development?
