Beyond the Basics: A Berkeley NVC-Lovers Practice Group

Details
Now forming: A practice group for "experienced" giraffes - those with 6 months practice or more - who seek sacred community in which to practice speaking from the heart.
Join us! Through empathy practice, challenging exercises, and role plays, we'll create a sacred space in which to dive deeper into our own hearts, and share with each other what we find there. This is a group for "experienced" NVC-lovers (those with 6 months or more practice), who seek depth, healing, and realness in community.
> Deepen your sense of self-connection
> Let your jackals out of their cage, while cultivating the ability to move toward the truth in your heart
> Express yourself with both authenticity and compassion, and practice asking for what you want
> Listen for what matters to others in the group, and offer up empathy
> Challenge yourself to participate both within and beyond your comfort zone
Through a combination of empathy, role plays, enemy image work, and self-integration practice, we will deepen our skills and facility with NVC, both for inner work and challenging conversations. Come with what's alive, ask for the support you want, and give the gift of letting yourself be seen and known.

OTHERS' WORDS:
"I feel like these meetings are a place where I can go to see miracles and am using them to make miracles happen in my life." -K.M.
"This group has been so helpful for me. It's not only giving me tools for communicating with others, but perhaps more importantly, giving me insights into my own inner world and the ongoing dialogue that takes place there. It has also been greatly supporting my client work in my private practice. The permission and encouragement to focus on needs is really life changing." - A.R.
"Marina, I so appreciate your continuing to hold this sacred, healing space. I love your gentle, fierce non-violent passion, focus, and commitment, and loving, embodied presence. I feel so safe, held, and inspired with you, sparkling, mischievous, and brilliant at the helm." - R.K.
