Lean Startup for Enterprise Innovation

Intrapreneurs operate today in a radically changed environment. New software platforms and practices allow teams to operate with greater speed and lower costs than ever before. At the same time, this environment makes many traditional management tools obsolete. So how can innovation-oriented managers cope?

Lean Startup, the movement popularized by Eric Ries has become the de facto standard approach in the startup world. Using short cycles of small, inexpensive experiments, startup teams "build, measure, learn" their way to innovation. Can these same techniques apply in the enterprise? An increasing number of managers believe the answer is yes.

If you're familiar with Lean Startup, come hear about how these techniques are being used for enterprise innovation, and how managers are adapting the approach for the unique challenges faced in the enterprise. If you've never heard of Lean Startup, this great introduction will explain what it is and how you can use it to create meaningful learning and innovation on your projects.
