We have a guest speaker this month.
Scott Beyer is an urban affairs journalist. Along with founding and managing Market Urbanism Report, he writes columns for Forbes, the Independent Institute, and HousingOnline.com, and gives regular speeches and media interviews. Scott was born and raised in Charlottesville, VA, and now lives in New York City. He recently completed a 3-year cross-country trip to study U.S. urban issues, and will soon write a book on what he learned. After that, he wants to pursue a similar travel/book project covering the fast-growing cities in Asia, Africa and Latin America.

People start arriving about 6:30. The meeting is called to order at 7 pm and finishes by 9 pm. The meeting is free. All are welcome. We don't pay for the room, so ordering from the menu (http://www.yelp.com/menu/ukrainian-east-village-new-york) and tipping the staff generously is encouraged.
After the meeting we have an informal meetup at the bar connected to the restaurant, the Sly Fox.
