What we’re about
NYC Backwoods Adventurers is for all levels of adventure enthusiasts looking to escape the city for hiking, climbing, rafting, cycling, paddling, beer drinking around a bonfire, cabin laziness, and general shenanigans without the daunting expectation of completing 20 miles or 5 peaks in one day. Yes, we're looking for a challenge but we also want to enjoy the scenery and each other company.
We'll also looking to bring the backwoods into the city....think gear swaps, adventure documentary screenings, meetups with professional adventurers, pub crawls, and all manner of enjoyable times.
