What we're about
This Group is for ladies who want to log in miles in a supportive group. If your training for your next event, or just want to meet some cool people and get in shape, come check us out. We will ride at a moderate pace, (roughly 16-18mph) and meet up to ride in Central Park, Prospect Park, and up 9W. Additionally Ill be co promoting social rides in the NYC area. We hope to team up with local shops to host clinics like "how to change a flat" or "getting fitted for a bike". I am open to suggestions!
