See Giacometti Exhibit at the Guggenheim
Alberto Giacometti (1901–1966) investigated the human figure for more than forty years. This comprehensive exhibition, a collaboration with the Fondation Giacometti in Paris, examines anew the artist’s practice and his unmistakable aesthetic vocabulary. Featuring nearly 200 important works in bronze and in oil, as well as plaster sculptures and drawings never before seen in this country, the exhibition aims to provide a deeper understanding of this artist, whose intensive focus on the human condition continues to provoke and inspire new generations. Here is a review: Museum admission is $25. If something comes up and you can't attend, please change your RSVP status as soon as possible.

    What we're about

I'm a lifelong New Yorker. NYC is one of my passions. I want to create a community of like-minded folks who are looking to share NYC experiences in small groups. My vision isn't just to attend activities--it's to connect with people by sharing.

Chemistry is important. I recognize that there are as many personalities as there are people. I respectfully suggest that everyone in this group will be happiest if some of the ways you'd describe yourself include, "Nice," "Warm", "Caring", "Kind", "Supportive", "Nurturing", and "Emotionally Generous".

This group is for meeting people in general--it's not meant to be a singles group per se.
