For those unfamiliar, the Uyghur people have faced unspeakable persecution from the Chinese government.
While Chef Abdul plans to speak more on this, he also wants to share the loving and hospitable nature reflective of his people.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make Samsa along with Laghman noodles, a very popular dish utilizing a laborious hand-pulled technique.
Following the class, you’ll sit down to a family style meal that will include more Samsa, Laghman noodles and their must-try traditional Saffron tea.

On arrival, guests will be greeted by a curated list of African music to set the mood before Chef Segun provides guided instruction on making four distinct dishes.
