THE LATEST NOVIE NEWS: The movie in question is the **6:15pm showing of *DogMan tomorrow (Feb 8) at the AMC Kips Bay multiplex on 2nd Ave & E 31 St. - https://www.imdb.com/title/tt10954718/*
Easiest way to get there is via the 4 or 5 train at Bowling Green up to Union Sq/14 St & CHANGE TO THE LOCAL 6 TRAIN TO 33 St. The stop is on Park Avenue; walk east past Lexington & 3rd Avenues to 2nd Ave & you'll see the theater marquee at 31st Street.
With the meet-up ending at 5pm, an hour & 15 minutes should be enough time to reach the theater in time for the show (& don't forget there's usually like 20+ minutes of trailers before the movie.)
Ty and I have have pre-purchased seats D3 & D4; right now the theater is entirely empty except for us. I think it would be fun if we all sat near each other. (We can share snacks or comment (but not too loudly) on the movie while we watch); I suggest picking seats D1, D2, D5 or D6, or seats C1-5, or E1-5

The usual details: Join us at our usual 2nd Saturday monthly hang-out: the Le Pain Quotidien in the Financial District at 85 Broad Street (on the right side of the building if you're facing its entrance), starting at 1pm - but show up whenever it's good for you.
Invite your furry & normie friends (maybe we'll convert a few!), plus any games, gadgets, books, photos, artwork (SFW only plz) etc you'd like to share with others. Speaking of art, BRING YOUR SKETCHBOOKS - we need more art at our meet-ups! (I"ll be bringing my Scrabble set as always.) Feel free to wear your tails or your fursuit if you'd like.
Food at the LPQ is great, so arrive hungry! The staff at LPQ are really friendly (they're used to us by now) so be sure to leave a generous trip.
