This is our signature event, designed to bring people together at the very start of the year. Whether you’re brand new to Meetup or a longtime member, this night is always a highlight — relaxed, welcoming, and full of easy conversation, laughter, and connection. What to expect:

• Hosted welcome. Our team will greet you, introduce you around, and make sure you’re instantly plugged in.
• Games. Mingle your way through a live, social trivia hunt—ask fellow guests for clues, swap answers, and uncover fun facts about NYC history as you go. Meet a ton of people naturally, and win prizes while you’re at it.
• All-night flow. The game runs throughout the party so you can sip, chat, and play at your own pace.
• Great crowd. A friendly mix of NYC locals and members who love to connect in a relaxed, stylish setting.

FAQS:
How many members will attend? This is a multi-Meetup group event. This page only shows a small portion of the actual attendees. Based on other RSVPs and members who have already prepaid, we'll have a good amount attending!

Can I come alone? Yes about 90% of those attending will be coming solo. But you can also invite friends to join you. Everyone must have a ticket to enter.

What is the suggested age range? 21 and over. (20s, 30s, 40s, etc.) We get a good mix of ages so everyone will have others to mingle with.

Is there a dress code? We recommend neat casual. No sweats. Jeans ok.

Up to 10 dates in one night! Proof of age required. 85+ engagements ,a few kids and a lot of other happy couples! Men and women sit together for about 5 minutes, and then the guys rotate over partners. After the event you let us know who you are interested in and the results (both mutual matches and one way matches) are provided the next day.

Our Winter Walks offer invigorating, scenic, and a healthy outdoor activity, at one of our most popular NY locations - Central Park! Plus, it's a great and different way to meet others and make new friends of the same age!

You will randomly be paired with others in the beginning then rotate at designated times so that you get to meet everyone participating. This event very casual and non-awkward + our host will help to make introductions.

We will casually walk a 1.5-2 mile stretch through Central Park. You will also have the option to hang out afterwards where you can exchange contact info with others. Reminder, this is a a "social" walk and gender ratios may not be even.

FAQs:
Where to meet? Exact meeting location with host contact info will be sent to all paid attendees day of the event.

How many will attend? We limit the # of attendees to a max of 20 so everyone has enough time to get to know each other.

What if rains? We will email attendees a new date.

Can I come alone? Yes, about 90% come on their own.

• What if it rains? The boat will sail rain or shine! The boat has two levels. Both levels have covered outdoor and heated areas (if needed).

• What times does yacht depart/return? Boarding 5:45pm, Sail 6:30pm. Yacht returns to Marina at 9:30pm. Please arrive early so you don't miss it.

• Where do I park? There is paid parking at the marina, or you can try to find parking on the street.

• What are the ages? Good mix of all ages 21 and over.
