Panarchy enables people to visualize how systems are embedded in systems and helps them understand how these interdependencies influence the spread of change.

With Panarchy you will be able to take a system-level view, analyse potential impact of change and discover cross-system connections. You will discover opportunities for taking the most impactful and the least damaging action to bring innovation and positive change in your organization, your family or your community.

To set a shared context for this work, you will be invited to play a simulation game!
A fictitious company, multiple roles at all levels of organizations, multiple mindsets, one current situation and one change to bring into this system.
