6:00PM - NETWORKING: Doors open, head to the room identified when you check in. Take the opportunity to mingle with your fellow community developers. Unfortunately, no food will be provided, but please feel free to grab your own.

6:30PM - INTRODUCTION: Housekeeping, open mic and other community announcements & request.

7:00PM - MAIN PRESENTATION: Avi Farah will be presenting on monads in C#. He'll dive into what monads are and what problems monads help us solve. Then we'll take a look at the some areas in the .NET framework that use monads. And finally take a look at the sequence and maybe monads then draw conclusions about the asynchronous monad.

Avi Farah (https://www.linkedin.com/in/avi-farah-82bb901/) is a software architect with a proven track record in the financial industry. He has been a .NET developer since the inception of .NET but more importantly he's crossed the a-ha moment in understanding monads.
