Grant Foster - Grant Forster is a Senior Building Information Manager at WeWork. Starting as a Project BIM Specialist for the East region, he has transitioned over to app and add-in development assisting project teams and process improvement globally.
Libo Li - Libo Li is a Senior Building Information Manager at WeWork. He has been at the company for almost two years, spending the majority of his time on the Enterprise business line before moving on to focus on BIM development full-time.

Presentation description:
The presentation focuses on WeWork's internal BIM team's response to interdisciplinary needs of a vertically integrated company. The approach will demonstrate small two-way integrations and multi-party authorship through enabling access. By connecting those closest to the source of truth by lowering the technical barrier of access, we deliver a greater sense of certainty to those who access the information. The goal is to provide techniques and frameworks our team has tested that can help you get more value out of your BIM workflows.

Learning Objectives:
The attendee will learn the unique challenges that faces a multi-disciplinary BIM workflow at scale.
The attendee will learn the how building information crosses boundaries into building intelligence, business intelligence, and product insights.
The attendee will learn the advantages and pitfalls of several different approaches to collecting, displaying, transforming BIM data.
