What we're about

Bringing together women in their 30’s and 40’s who love a cup of coffee and a good book. This group is focused on personal growth, spirituality and living a balanced life.

We will explore personal improvement and motivational books at coffee shops as well as get together for fun activities that help us connect better and develop new friendships. (Book list below)

Join us in making an amazing year of positive changes, achievements and new friendships. Let’s support each other without judgement as we become more authentic in our lives.


Please have a clear photo of yourself on your profile as the purpose of this group is to develop a close-knit group of women from all walks of life. As such, the group will be capped at 50 members. Inactive or unresponsive members will be removed so people on the waitlist can join. From time to time, I may reach out to you with an update that may require a response so please look out for that and respond in a timely manner. No shows are removed immediately. We want to keep members engaged throughout the year and not lose the momentum. Thank you!

**WAITLIST: For those of you on the waiting list, thank you for your patience. There has been a lot of interest in this group so the list is at 100+. As noted above, the members roster is constantly reviewed for participation and responsiveness. This is a group for women who can find time to meet.
