DESCRIPTION:
They serve prepared modern interpretations of classic Thai comfort food, inspired by the childhood memories of their chef, Ngamprom "Hong" Thaimee.

They use only all natural, premium ingredients in all of our dishes. We try to source all of our produce from local farms when possible, use only hormone free and naturally raised poultry and meat, and select only sustainable and non-endangered seafood.
