• What we'll do Shimmy your way to a stronger, more confident body in this 60-minute revolutionary workout taking the U.S. by storm!! SharQui® — is great for anyone of any age or skill level. This unique bellydance format is fun and easy to follow—automatically improving your posture, slimming hips and legs, defining the waist, increasing upper body strength, and burning more than 350 calories per hour! Basic Bellydance Technique & Choreography

Explore Egyptian-style technique as you learn a complete bellydance choreography that can be performed for friends and family, as a solo or in a group. Each move is broken down to make it easy to do, and handouts, videos, and other instructional materials are provided so you can practice at home. Performance opportunities will be given to students who successfully complete each choreography! Take your dance fitness to the next level with this challenging total-body workout. Focus will be on drills, layering, and fast-paced combos.
