What is your history with fermentation or what are you interested in learning about?

http://www.brownricemagazine.com I've been practicing macrobiotics for 4 years & am interested in the history and culture of alternative / health food movements, which is how I became aware of traditional fermentation and cultured foods. I'm REALLY into trying to get all my food at the farmers market, making tempeh, amasake, lactic acid pickles and kraut, and trying pretty much any probiotic food with a sour, interesting, or funky taste!!!!!
