I've been fermenting various vegetables and dairy at home as an enthusiastic hobbyist for the last dozen years. I'm interested in learning about EVERYTHING fermented. Really, I'm curious about traditional ferments, innovative ones, health benefits, seasonality, building community around fermentation etc.
