As a certified personal trainer and black belt in Karate, I will teach you how to get fit in fun innovative ways; yoga on the beach, kayaking get togethers, strength training everywhere and anywhere. Boxing. Karate. The opportunities to get healthy are endless.
Fitness doesn't have to be blood, sweat and tears. It can be laughter, memories, and new friends.
But being healthy takes more than working out.
It's about managing your sleep, eating well, getting massages, meditating, managing your pain - and taking care of yourself. I'm here to help you take care of yourself, and will teach you how to do so.
We'll start by working out, then I'll teach you some wellness tips, then we'll have some healthy bites, and make some new friends. Consider it a day of wellness.
