Jayne Chan, Head of StartmeupHK, InvestHK

Jayne is Head of StartmeupHK at InvestHK, the government department responsible for attracting and retaining Foreign Direct Investment into Hong Kong. StartmeupHK is InvestHK’s initiative aimed at helping founders of innovative and scalable startups and related communities from overseas to set up or expand in Hong Kong. Prior to joining InvestHK, Jayne was Executive Director at the Hong Kong chapter of TiE, a global non-profit network focused on fostering entrepreneurship in the markets in which they operate, and management roles at digital agencies, e-business integrators and a startup incubator.
