The New York City Ukulele Meetup Group

Did you know there's a monthly ukulele group just across the Hudson? It's true! It meets the first Saturday of the month, at 2 PM. And thanks to the pandemic, you can attend it without leaving your home! It's in strum-along format. Audio latency (the time it takes sound to go from one person's microphone through the Internet to the next person's headphones) makes traditional strum-alongs impossible, but we're adapting. We are going to showcase ourselves with holiday songs and or your favorite songs from the year you were born! So prepare a tune or two or three or more time willing We will go one song each round, We will remind everyone to mute their Mics....so get acquainted with your mute/unmute button. For those that log in late please be patient to be accepted into the Zoom Meeting as there may be a performance presentation going on. Once they finish we will accept you in.
