We're getting close! Some new information on our little event:

Workshops will be taught mostly by the performers, with a couple of additions.

Jim Beloff is doing two, one for absolute beginners and one for advanced beginners.
James Hill will be doing one on Swing Music for intermediate players.
Jack Rickenbach from Celtic Spirit will be doing an introduction to the Tiple.
Tom Walsh, author of the new book "The Martin Ukulele: The Little Instrument That Helped Creat A Guitar Giant" will be doing a powerpoint presentation as well as signing and selling books and showing off some of his impressive collection.
Folk Project member Mike Agranoff will be teaching his very popular "Throwing Away The Book" workshop on techniques for memorizing songs for performances. Scooter

I'm still waiting for a final workshop decision for Victoria Vox but you can be sure it will be something cool.

Workshops will be approximately an hour long. The schedule will be posted first thing on Saturday morning with sign up sheets based on how many folks each teacher feels they can effectively accommodate (usually around 30 people).

Also, since we had some issues with our web site, we've decided to keep the prices at the pre-August 10th level, $15 for Friday night, $65 for all day Saturday, $75 for both.

Tickets for the Saturday evening concert only will be available in a few days for $25.
