Schools are keenly aware tablets and phablets are replacing desktops/laptops and are hotly contending appeal with netbooks, which serve at a closer pricepoint. How are these devices making their way into the classroom -- vast purchasing arrangements like in LAUSD or are districts able to balance purchases by allowing BYOD?
