A EnerPHit project that is expected to be completed by January 2015. This home is a one family, 3 story brick townhouse in Park Slope Brooklyn. The project is a full gut renovation with features including: thermal bridge free detailing, Intello and Stoguard air barrier, Macrowin Passive House certified windows, Lamilux skylights, cellulose, open cell, and EPS rigid insulation system, Proclima tapes, Zehnder ERV 350, and Mitsubishi heat pump conditioned air.

Architect and owner Jane Sanders will be doing the walk through, starting at 11.30am.
