VIRIDIAN FUTURE ONE

Project Owners Abel B’Hahn and Lorna Davis will be starting Phase 2 construction on this gut rehab/addition of their Manhattan luxury townhouse shortly so this is a chance to see a raw property and the challenges it poses to becoming a “Passive House.” The Project Team is striving for Passive House EnerPHit certification, LEED Platinum certification, and healthy “Red List” compliant materials. We will share our project overview and plans for achieving these goals.
