• This project is currently under construction; about 60% complete and almost ready for its first blower door test.

• Visitors will see a lot of the processes and materials being used to achieve a high performance building envelope in the retrofit of this early 20th century townhouse.

• The property is aiming to achieve Passive House Enerphit – Component certification. The certification process is being supervised by the Passive House Academy (PHA).
