On Friday, NYCEEC (http://nyceec.com/), the non-profit construction lender for Passive House Projects, will have a representative at this site to answer any financing questions.

• This site is currently under construction. Please dress appropriately. Guests will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival. Thanks!
• This site is not open to children. Children will be permitted to wait outside with an accompanying adult.

PROPERTY INFO:
• Great news! This project's PHPP recently passed its review by the Passive House Academy (PHA), and as long as the required air tightness goal is reached, this project has been approved to be a certified EnerPhit project.

• 90% of the building's mechanicals have already been installed, including most of the ERV components. However the drywall has not been installed yet, making this project a great opportunity for people to see what makes a passive house project different.

• A sample Optiwin window will be available onsite, similar to the ones which will be installed at the site in January.
