• Sat. Nov. 14th from 11 am - 6 pm - Open House with Demonstrations

Baxt Ingui is pleased to host NYPH on-site passive product and method workshops on Saturday November 14th during the Open House at 16 3rd Place.

• 11:30am – Kevin Brennan of Passive House Academy (http://www.passivehouseacademy.com/) and Max Michel of M2 Contracting Inc. (http://m2builds.nyc) will perform hands-on demonstrations of air sealing techniques, including details at party walls, front and rear walls, roof, and windows.

• 1:00pm – Ken Levenson of 475 High Performance Building Supply (http://www.foursevenfive.com/) will describe a variety of products available for passive houses.

• 2:00pm – John Rockwell from Zehnder America (http://zehnderamerica.com/) will discuss the benefits of an ERV system and the recommended applications and installations.

• 3:00pm – Florian Speier from Zola European Windows (http://www.zolawindows.com) will present the windows and doors being installed in this passive house.
