Single family residence in a coastal community affected by Superstorm Sandy. This 1,750 sq.ft home is an exemplary new construction in a flood zone and showcases how the Passive House concept makes sense to design a resilient house. The building is under construction and allows to see all systems exposed to learn about insulation, wall construction and mechanical systems.
