Columbia County Habitat for Humanity is currently finalizing the construction of its 5th and 6th Passive House projects in the Village of Valatie, NY. Set to be completed in the next few weeks, these homes build on CCH4H’s understanding that lowering and stabilizing the utility bills for the families is the most valuable asset that can be offered. Though wrapping up construction by volunteers, artisans, students, and the families, Columbia County Habitat for Humanity is offering to open its doors for all to see and experience.
