What we're about
Naked Space (http://www.nakedspace.org) provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental destination in South Park Slope, Brooklyn, for naked men to gather and share practices for the health of body, mind and spirit. Being naked puts us in touch with our vulnerability and provides a metaphor for dissolving the invisible armor that divide us. Group sessions are body-positive; no one will be judged or excluded based on appearance. Arousal is natural, but it's neither expected nor required for participation. We acknowledge the messages of shame, negativity, and self-consciousness that would bind us, and we work to throw off these limits. Unbound bodies, unbound minds.
