All are welcome here! We believe that everyone is recovering from something whether you are in recovery from a substance, a disorder, or a relationship. Come join us in our commitment to fitness, self-love and community!!
We seek to unite ALL communities at our wellness-focused events. We have developed an ONLINE event series called NamaStay Connected. These classes are FREE but donations are welcome.

We are a 501(c)3 charitable organization & thus all donations are tax deductible. After your transaction is processed, you will receive an email confirmation that will serve as a receipt.
Our mission is to empower those recovering from addiction by reconnecting their bodies and minds through affordable yoga, fitness, meditation and sober social community events. We focus on the interplay between sobriety, physical activity, community and social connection as central to overcoming addiction.
NamaStay Sober is a safe, kind, nonjudgmental, open minded, and non politically or religiously affiliated peer support community space. We listen to each other with respect, openness, and self awareness. Please help us to honor the integrity of this space. Our events and classes are open to anyone. By attending you are not necessarily identifying as being in recovery.

Location not specified yetThis weekly class is a recovery-friendly yoga practice with an emphasis on:
- Grounding + regulation (so you can exhale out of survival mode)
- Gentle movement to release tension and reconnect to your body
- Breath + mindfulness for steadiness and clarity
- A supportive, sober-safe environment that’s welcoming and pressure-free
You don’t need to be “good at yoga.”
You don’t need to perform.
You just need to show up as you are.This class is for you if you are:
- In recovery (at any stage)
- Sober-curious and building healthier rhythms
- Looking for community support through wellness
- Wanting a consistent weekly reset that supports your nervous system and your life

Every year we gather on the beach and plunge into the cold, clean waters of Boston Harbor to raise money for the Better Beaches Grant Program which funds our Beach Yoga Program!
NamaStay Sober will also be hosting a Sober Station in collaboration with event sponsor, Topo Chico.
- Pete will be leading a pre-plunge stretch!
