What we're about

All are welcome here! We believe that everyone is recovering from something whether you are in recovery from a substance, a disorder, or a relationship. Come join us in our commitment to fitness, self-love and community!!

We seek to unite ALL communities at our events which take place in active and wellness-focused settings. We host several monthly events both free community conversations and benefit classes/workshops/events.

Our NamaStay Sober Community Conversations (NSCC) are solution-based meet ups that serve as a safe space of love, possibility and inspiration to all who attend. These conversations are designed to inquire into how to stay healthy and live a wellness-focused lifestyle.
Rather than discussing the source of our specific addictive patterns; whether to drugs, alcohol, food, cigarettes, sex, negative thoughts or anything else we have abused - the meetings focus on freeing us up to personally design a life of love, abundance, and intimacy with the people and world around us.
We already have the opportunity to expand or NSCC's to New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, California, Pittsburg and Florida in 2018.

Our benefit classes, workshops and events serve as fundraisers to help us raise capital for yoga scholarships to local studios for our members who are in early recovery. Some examples of our benefit classes and events can be found in our calendar history and include yoga classes, fashion shows, wellness workshops, nutritional education and fitness festivals.

Our mission is to aid those recovering from addiction by reconnecting their bodies and minds through complimentary yoga memberships, a practice of self awareness and a loving community.

NamaStay Flowing - A Community Conversation

Needs a location

Morgan Chase, NamaStay Sober's very own Director of Memberships, will be leading this event. As our first member of the NamaStay Sober mentorship program, Morgan was able to blossom in her early sobriety shortly after being connected with her undeniable love & passion for the practice of yoga. Morgan is now a full time yoga teacher in Boston & surrounding areas! She spreads her positive vibes & light wherever she goes. --- NamaStay Flowing is a monthly community event that serves as a safe space of love & possibility to attendees. ALL PEOPLE ARE WELCOME to attend these free community events. Rather than discuss the source of specific addictive patterns; whether to drugs, alcohol, food, cigarettes, sex, negative thoughts or anything else we have abused - NamaStay Flowing focuses on freeing us up to personally design a life of love, abundance, and intimacy with the people and world around us. The event begins with a group meditation followed by an interactive discussion about the yamas & niyamas of yoga. The yamas & niyamas are the first two limbs of yoga which explain how to create an empowering attitude and perspective towards life. Occasionally guest speakers will join our conversations and lead us through a journey of how they designed a daily practice of their wellness-focused lifestyle. We look forward to being in love and in community with you all! *** We are currently offering these conversations in Boston, San Francisco, Los Angeles and spreading to other US cities in 2019. Our city selection can be found on our website NamaStaySober.com/NamaStayFlowing ***
