其實佛法和中國古代文化的智慧和現代生活有很大關連,而且能帶領我們更積極面對煩惱。當我們不能控制外來的種種挑戰,我們卻可以調理心身,控制我們對事情的反應。自我反省,自我增值,自我改造,這可能是你的一個新開始。

我們的項目主要以南懷瑾老師的教學為本,希望參加者能透過閱讀懷師的著作重新認識中華文化,減少對古文的畏懼和偏見,積極探索這個被遺忘、被誤解的偉大寶庫。

There are plenty of wisdom in Buddhism and Ancient Chinese philosophy that are relevant to modern life; helping us to cope with day to day chores, stress, and other difficulties. While we cannot control everything that happens around us, we can, in fact, make sense of our feelings and thoughts, and act/response according. Now let's embark on a self-transformation journey, this can be the beginning of a healthier and better you! All of our sessions are free.

Our classes are based on Master Nan Huai Jin's teachings. Through reading Master Nan's books and his videos, we hope that participants can learn more about the core essence of traditional Chinese culture.
