This is perfect for seniors and others looking for a more low-impact experience. My classes focus on gentle movements with your breath, guided meditations, and learning ways how to relax the body and mind chatter on your own. I currently teach two chair yoga classes and one beach yoga class. I am also available for private sessions in your own home. If you, or someone you know suffers from anxiety, lets chat.
