Our team of Exercise Specialists, Physical Therapist, Health Coaches and Nutritionists goal is to help educate our community and guide them in their pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. Kinstretch is a movement enhancement system created by Dr. Andreo Spina of the Functional Anatomy Seminars System. Simplistic overview: Start in base positions and mindfully transitioning to other positions using varying degreese of tension with Isometrics .While moving through positions, one can discover where they have limitations and focus on those areas as they move through their practice.
