This talk will cover the rationale for creating Data Driven APIs, focusing on Read-Only APIs. We’ll examine RESTful Resource naming conventions as it relates to Web APIs and propose an approach for building rich RESTful Resources for Read-Only APIs capable of serving both data and code. Lastly, we'll re-frame our understanding of the role of data for APIs backed by NoSQL datastores.
