A Fresh Look: Data Driven APIs
This talk will cover the rationale for creating Data Driven APIs, focusing on Read-Only APIs. We’ll examine RESTful Resource naming conventions as it relates to Web APIs and propose an approach for building rich RESTful Resources for Read-Only APIs capable of serving both data and code. Lastly, we'll re-frame our understanding of the role of data for APIs backed by NoSQL datastores.

With over a decade of experience in creating and contributing to open source software, Jurnell has worked in various fields such as Neuroscience, Physics and Astronomy.
