Ala carte topic (maybe cmake, see below)

GENERAL

The meeting will start at 7:30 PM with a tour of the facility, followed by pizza, and then the presentation + discussion. Donations are welcome.

I'm taking January off since it appears I was the only guy on meetup who dared schedule something during December. If you're interested in having a social in January please let me know and I'll set it up.

TOPIC

February's topic is in flux. I've been doing a ton of Cmake work recently, reorganizing a medium sized project into sub-projects and it just works like you read about. A deep dive into understanding and using cmake in this context could be interesting. I'm welcome to any other topic suggestions. I'm pondered the use of thread_local storage but have yet to come up with a compelling case study.

The entrance to the makespace is located at the rear of the Amherst middle school in the upper right hand corne]. *** When you enter the parking lot, [bear right] and follow it around the corner [all the way to the end] ***. When you see a glowing LCD by the door, that's the entrance.

The meeting will be held in the home economics room where projectors are available and we can have grub. This is a pack in pack out affair so please refrain from using any consumables in this area unless they are explicitly provided for by our group.
