Our meetings are USUALLY held on the Second Thursday of each month. This month it's on the FIRST Thursday.
This is an informal event for anyone IN or who wants to be in the Real Estate Investment Community.
This Month's presenters are Scott Mackenzie and Chris Arrigo from Recast NY. They are contractors and local House Flippers in Long island. They will be talking about their latest deal and about estimating repairs when you look at potential houses.
We start with networking and some light snacks. We have a short Presentation, followed by Questions and Answers, and we end with more networking.
Doors Open at 6:30 PM. Admission is $5
