This is a group for anyone interested in Natural Martial Arts with focus on non-violent self defense that is also good for the body. This is for anyone with or without martial arts experience to come explore and learn. The teacher, Grand Master Lin, has had over 60+ years of experience in Chinese and Japanese martial including systems such as Sun-Ping, Tung-Pei, Shao-Lin, Chang-Chuan, Cha-Chuan, Pa-Chi, Jou-Chuan, Hsing-l, Pa Kua, Tai-Chi, Shuai-Chiao Chin-Na, Kuai-Chiao, Aikido, Jujutze, Judo, and Karate. Within the listed systems are the Taoist Martial Arts which utilizes natural movements and energy.
