What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in staying healthy, getting healthy, and healing from illness or disease by using natural methods and nutrition such eating Raw and Vegan (whole plant foods), and by Juicing and drinking Smoothies, I am starting this group because so many of my friends and family members have had serious diseases like cancer and pre or type 2 diabetes. I would like to learn what others know and I would like to share what I have learned about healthy nutrition and natural remedies.

He is on a mission to get answers how to heal without a lifetime of drugs. Follow along on his journey as he interviews the biggest names in lifestyle medicine. Find out what encouraging information he receives. Today, after more than a year after these interviews and applying the information he gleaned, Jon has lost over 100 pounds and has reversed his symptoms of diabetes including most of the neuropathy in his feet. ************************************************************************* WELLNESS WEDNESDAYS: Looking to find more ways to boost your immune system? You have found the right place. Studies show that a healthy immune system is key to fighting diseases such as cancer, diabetes, and etc. What we eat and how we treat our body is a key element to being healthy. Each Wednesday we will be using various methods (live demonstrations, PLANT BASED-VEGAN cooking classes, lectures and discussions) to find NATURAL ways to increase and maintain a healthy immune system. Walking Club: Seacliff State Beach

Rio Del Mar Beach

Meet by the round-about at the sea-wall near the restrooms @ 10:30am. We will start by walking on the beach path towards Seacliff Beach. We will turn around at the tall stone wall and return. Depending on the interest of the group, we can continue south on the Rio Del Mar Beach.
